STORE POLICIES

Given hygienic concerns and with our customers' health and safety in mind, all Vixi Creations products are final sale and non-refundable.

If you have a concern with a product you purchased, please contact us immediately at vixicreations@gmail.com.

Vixi Creations is not responsible for allergic reactions to our products. If you have any concerns about allergic reactions, please contact Vixi Creations ahead of placing your order so that we can evaluate and inform you of the metals used in the findings for items you are interested in.

Vixi Creations is open to custom designs. Please reach out to discuss options.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

All Vixi Creations products are handmade and should be handled with care.

Other tips:

  • Be gentle with your Vixi goodies!
  • Avoid contact with water, oil, lotions, creams, chemicals or sprays.
  • While Vixi are designed to be comfortable, they are not meant to be worn while bathing, exercising or sleeping.
  • Enjoy your Vixi products!

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

Vixi Creations ships all orders via USPS First Class Package Service. We will have your purchase at USPS within 2 business days of your order. 

If you are in the Washington, DC, area and prefer to pick up your order in Falls Church, VA, at a mutually agreed time, we can make those arrangements. Please make sure to use code Local pickup during checkout to avoid shipping costs.

Given that one of the goals of Vixi Creations is to make earrings as lightweight as possible (even big, statement pieces!), the shipping costs will be in the lowest possible range. Shipping costs do increase during the holiday season, however. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number for your purchase.
